Refund
Policy
At Double D Ranch & Farm, every retreat and product is crafted with care, intention, locally sourced ingredients, and a deep respect for the land and community we serve. To honor the time and resources invested in every experience and ensure fairness and clarity, we kindly ask guests to review our refund and cancellation policy.
For Our Retreats & Experiences
Our retreats are intimate, seasonal gatherings designed to nourish body and spirit. Because we prepare in advance—reserving accommodations, coordinating meals, and sourcing materials—we ask for your understanding regarding cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled retreat are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the retreat are non-refundable, as preparations will have already begun.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another guest with prior notice.

If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please contact us. We’ll do our best to offer a partial credit toward a future retreat.

In the rare case that Double D Ranch & Farm must cancel or reschedule an event, guests will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to craft meaningful, seasonal experiences rooted in Appalachian hospitality.
For Our Artisan and Other Handcrafted Products
Our wreaths, garlands, and other artisan goods are crafted with care and made-to-order using seasonal materials foraged or grown on the farm. Because of their nature, we follow these guidelines:

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, materials may have already been sourced or production begun.

Local Pickup: If you’ve selected local pickup, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Missed pickups may not be eligible for refund.

Shipping & Delivery: Once an item has shipped, we cannot offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photos and a description. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or refund.

Seasonal Availability: Inventory is limited and seasonal. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you promptly and offer a refund or substitution.

Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ship promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather. We’ll keep you informed and do our best to resolve any issues.
